GENERAL DESCRIPTION & APPLICATIONS

Cyromazine is a systemic insecticide an insect growth regulator and insecticide having triazine structure. Triazine structure is common for herbicide activity. But but unlike other triazine compounds, cyromazine don't have. It is effective against fly larvae and leaf miners. It is known it act through the hormone which controls ecdysis and the deposition of cuticle in insects. Cyromazine is classified as an insect growth regulator.  End products of triazine compound used as pesticides include:
