First MGL inhibitor to act reversibly, several others covalently bind to cysteine residues. Other studies involve multiply mylome, pristimerin inhibits NF-κB activation via inhibition of IKK-α or IKK-β. It is the methyl ester of celastrol. (SigmaAldrich) |
