DESCRIPTION
|
(R)-1-benzyl-3-pyrrolidinol
is an
enantiomeric pyrrolidine
product; containing the saturated 5--membered azaheterocyclic
ring that is a part of the structure of amino
acids (proline, hydroxyproline and hygrine). Chiral pyrrolidines are used as
enantiomeric intermediate for asysmmetric single isomeric drugs
including antitumor, anesthetic, antipasmodic, hepatotoxic,
antiinflammatory or anti-HIV activity products. |
